Rabbi Sholom Lipskar founded The Shul of Bal Harbour Aleph Insititute and the Educational Academy for the Elderly in 1981 As The Shul s head Rabbi he is both the spiritual leader and educational programmer for all ages Since receiving rabbinical ordination from the Central Lubavitch Yeshiva in Brooklyn in 1968 Rabbi Sholom D Lipskar has worked as an emissary for the Lubavitcher Rebbe Rabbi
